Cancellation Fees
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may necessitate a change in scheduled appointments. We have a well-defined cancellation policy in place to ensure the smooth functioning of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our families.
Per our service agreement, we kindly request that you provide notice in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This advance notice allows us to adjust our schedules and offer available slots to other families in need of our services.
In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, a cancellation fee will apply as per NDIS guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us continue to provide the best possible care to all our clients. Your child’s well-being is our top priority, and your support in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or require further clarification on our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Travel Fees
We are dedicated to providing services that meet the unique needs of each child and family. In some instances, home or school visits may be the most appropriate setting for therapy. Our commitment to serving you wherever you are is unwavering, and we offer a flexible approach to ensure that your child’s developmental journey remains a top priority.
As per our service agreement, we apply travel fees for sessions conducted outside of our clinic. These fees cover the therapist’s travel time and distance. We calculate travel fees based on both the time travelled and the KMs travelled to reach your location. This approach ensures fairness and transparency in our fee structure.
Our travel fees allow us to extend our services to those who may benefit from the convenience of home or school visits. Should you have any questions or require further information regarding our travel fees, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your child’s well-being remains at the heart of everything we do, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
