Director of Kids Care Collective. Principal Occupational Therapist Alex

Alex

Alex completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (hons). Her previous experience has included working with children in home, clinics, childcare, kindergartens, and school settings. Alex has a passion for inclusion and building relationships and networks in the community to provide the best possible care for the children and families she works with. Alex enjoys parent coaching and teaching children through play. Alex also enjoys mentoring and supporting therapists to develop and expand their skills and knowledge.

Director of Kids Care Collective. Principal Speech Pathologist Natalie

Natalie

Natalie completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University Bundoora. Over the past 10 years, Natalie has worked in a broad range of paediatric settings including a multidisciplinary team within the Education Department, adopting the Key Worker model in Early Childhood Intervention as well as spent 10 years establishing and growing a thriving private practice.

Psychologist Cassandra

Cassandra

Cassandra is a Registered Psychologist. She has completed her Masters in Psychology at Australian Catholic University as well as a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science. Cassandra is passionate about providing a collaborative approach to working with young people, their families, and educators within a multidisciplinary team.Cassandra is passionate about providing intervention that is focused on holistic wellbeing and development. She is especially focused on empowering young people and their families to develop strategies to enable effective functioning within each of their environments. She prides herself on providing a fun, nurturing, warm and supportive therapy environment.

Occupational Therapist Izabella

Izabella

Izabella completed her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University, previously majoring in Psychology. She is passionate about engaging and supporting children with a wide variety of daily living skills, including emotional regulation, motor development and executive functioning. With a close attention to play, Izabella aims to keep therapy creative and fun while also providing families the necessary tools to achieve their goals.

Speech Pathologist Melissa

Melissa

Melissa graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Speech Pathology. Melissa is passionate about helping children become confident and competent communicators. She enjoys creating fun and creative ways for children to engage in therapy and meet their goals. Melissa has special interests in social skill development and early childhood intervention.

Occupational Therapist Eunice

Eunice

Eunice completed her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in Cebu, Philippines in which she has gained experience working in a school-based setting. She has acquired her registration as an overseas practitioner here in Australia since 2021. She has worked and gained experience in community health, working with children, adolescents, and adults with all different abilities and range of diagnoses to help them achieve their goals and reached their optimal independence, participate in their daily activities and occupation, providing them an opportunity to have accessibility and to continue to be a part of the society. Eunice has special interests in early childhood development, assistive technologies, skills development and sensory processing

Occupational Therapist Minh

Minh

Minh has a Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy from the Australian Catholic University. Minh’s heart truly belongs to the world of paediatrics, where he finds endless joy in nurturing children to grow and develop. It’s a source of immense pride and warmth for Minh. Minh’s aspirations in this field are to support both kids and families on their journey to achieving meaningful goals through therapy and play.

Speech Pathologist Chelsie

Chelsie

Chelsie completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology. Prior to becoming a Speech Pathologist, Chelsie had been closely working with families at KCC as a Speech Pathology Assistant. Chelsie enjoys helping children to become confident communicators in ways that are fun and engaging. She is passionate about empowering families to support their children to reach their communication goals. Chelsie has special interests in the areas of language and speech sound development.

Speech Pathologist Chatuni

Chatuni

Chatuni graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Speech Pathology. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine. Chatuni is passionate about early intervention with a special interest in speech sound disorders, literacy and social skills development. She enjoys building rapport with children and strives to make therapy both an enjoyable and engaging experience, facilitating their progress towards achieving their communication goals.

Speech Pathologist Celine

Celine

Celine completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Australian Catholic University. Prior to this, she has also completed degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Arts (Linguistics and Applied Linguistics). Celine is a nurturing and motivated Speech Pathologist who is passionate about evidenced-based practice and family-centred practice, keeping children and their families/caregivers at the core of her work. Celine enjoys advocating for her clients to help them reach their full communication potential and improve their quality of life.

Speech Pathology Assistant Amanda

Amanda

Amanda is a 3rd year university student studying her Bachelor of Language Sciences/ Masters of Speech Pathology at Victoria University. Amanda has experience working as an Allied Health Assistant and is particularly interested in working in a paediatric setting in the near future. Amanda aims to assist in the provision of therapy to clients, drawing on her collaborative approach and eagerness to learn from her esteemed speech pathology colleagues. Amanda’s goal is to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of her clients while continuously expanding her knowledge and skills in the field of speech pathology.

Speech Pathology Assistant Georgia

Georgia

Georgia is an assistant Speech Pathologist at Kids Care Collective. Georgia is completing a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at the Australian Catholic University (ACU). Georgia has had many years of experience in paediatrics, working with children in various roles. She has a special interest in treating speech sound disorders.

She has always been passionate about helping others and making a difference in society, then fell in love with the idea of becoming a Speech Pathologist. The best part of her job is having the ability to be creative and help others.

Occupational Therapist Maddie

Maddie

Maddie graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She has experience working within the private paediatric setting. Maddie enjoys taking a creative and fun approach to supporting children to develop new skills and achieve their meaningful goals. She is passionate about engaging and supporting children with a wide variety of daily living skills such as motor development, sensory processing and executive functioning. Maddie also values family-centred practice and collaborating with the child’s support network, including school and the broader multi-disciplinary team.

Occupational Therapist Samantha

Samantha

Samantha is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila. She is a dedicated paediatric occupational therapist with 5 years of experience helping children reach their full potential. Sam is passionate about empowering children through occupational therapy. She believes in creating a fun and engaging therapy environment where children can learn and grow while developing essential life skills. By connecting with kids through play and creative activities, she helps them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. With a special interest in fine motor and daily living skills, Sam provides individualized care tailored to each child’s unique needs and strengths.

Speech Pathology Assistant Mikayla

Mikayla

Mikayla is currently in her third year studying Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University. She is passionate about helping children develop their communication skills and reach their full potential. Mikayla is particularly interested in early intervention and supporting children with speech and language delays.

Throughout her studies, Mikayla has gained practical experience in various clinical settings, working with children of different ages and needs. Her dedication to her studies and her hands-on experience make her a valuable member of our team. Mikayla is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to connect with children and their families.

Speech Pathology Assistant Stephanie

Stephanie

Stephanie is in the third year of studying Speech Pathology at Victoria University. She loves working with children who have language and articulation difficulties. Stephanie is passionate about conducting screeners, setting goals, and collaborating with children and their carers to achieve these goals.

She finds great joy in working with speech sounds and helping children improve their communication skills. Stephanie’s dedication to her studies and her enthusiasm for supporting children make her an invaluable member of our team.

Speech Pathology Assistant Claudia

Claudia

Claudia is in the third year of studying Speech Pathology at Victoria University. She loves working with children who need increased motivation and physical activities to enjoy their sessions. Claudia is bubbly and energetic, engaging kids exceptionally well with her vibrant personality.

She loves creating dynamic and interactive sessions that keep children motivated and involved. Claudia’s enthusiasm and ability to connect with children make her an invaluable member of our team.

Occupational Therapist Christina

Christina

Christina graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, Christina gained valuable experience working at KCC as both an Admin Support and an Allied Health Assistant. This role strengthened her passion for working with children and provided the foundation for her career in Paediatric Occupational Therapy. Christina is dedicated to building strong rapport with children, creating a fun and engaging therapy environment that encourages growth and achievement. Christina is passionate about supporting children to develop the skills and confidence needed to participate fully in everyday activities. With a deep commitment to her work, Christina is excited to continue making a positive impact on children’s development and supporting them in reaching their full potential.

Jess G

Jess completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. For as long as she can remember, Jess has always had the desire to work within the paediatric space, with special interests of sensory processing, emotional regulation and executive functioning. She believes that therapy sessions should always be fun and creative to help children reach their full potential.

Occupational Therapy Assistant / Admin Support Drishya

Drishya

Drishya is admin support at Kids Care Collective whilst studying Occupational Therapy at Deakin University. Drishya has worked with children throughout her employments and has enjoyed working with children to help them with their needs. Drishya is interested in working with children in the near future and also enjoy being a new addition to the admin support team and a to an amazing organization.

Admin Support Jessica

Jessica

Jess is the OT Practice Manager. Jess found her passion for working in Paeds Allied Health back when she was working as a dental nurse, where she gained sound understanding of family needs with children who require additional supports. At home, Jess is a mum to 3 beautiful kids who are right into sports, this is where she found herself as the Junior Coordinator for her Football Club – another passion she holds high value to. The biggest reason she loves working at Kids’ Care Collective are the values instilled in the services, she feels proud to be part of such an integral team.

Admin Support Jessie

Jessie

Jessie is an admin support person who has been working in administration for over 14 years and loves what she does. Prior to working as the sole Practice Manager for a GP, Jessie was working for a pathology organisation. At home Jessie is a mother to 3 daughters and loves spending time with grandchildren, cooking food and going for evening walks. Since joining KCC, Jessie has enjoyed working with a big team and seeing lots of smiling faces in the office.

Admin Support Jamie

Jamie

Jamie is member of the admin support team, she obtained a writing degree in 2019 whilst also working in hospitality and retail. She enjoys writing, organising and interacting with others. At home Jamie is a mother to 2 daughters who keep her very entertained and busy. Jamie is motivated by giving back to the community and helping other.
