Maddison is a warm, enthusiastic Allied Health Assistant currently studying Speech Pathology at Charles Sturt University. With a natural gift for connecting with children and a background in swim teaching, Maddison brings a calm, supportive, and playful energy to every session. Her experience working with children in both individual and group settings has strengthened her ability to build trust, encourage participation, and adapt activities to each child’s unique strengths and interests. Maddison is passionate about helping young people grow in confidence and communication, and she thrives in environments where she can engage meaningfully with families, support goals collaboratively, and bring joy to learning. Her genuine love of working with people, combined with her developing clinical skills, makes her a valuable and compassionate part of the Kids Care Collective team.
